The Teaneck Turkeys Are Back

Originally sighted last fall by many Jewish Link readers, the past week’s spring awakenings have included a return of many neighborly interactions with residents and a flock of full grown, beautiful wild turkeys. Rumors abound as to where they live, from Downing Street to the back of the Keter Torah parking lot, or even wooded areas near Winthrop Road. Regardless, the Jewish Link welcomes these lovely birds back to the neighborhood, and we invite you to share your pics and stories of the Teaneck Turkeys on https://www.facebook.com/teaneckturkeys. Many thanks to Chana Shields, Leah Wallach, Cindy Forgash and Howard Teitelbaum for sharing recent photos.
