Stand with fellow Jews at the rally in Washington, D. C. This Tuesday, November 14.
Since the Hamas massacre on October 7, we have all been asking, “What can we do?” and “How can we help?” Our communities—always ready to help Israel when called upon—have stepped up with massive support: raising funds in so many different and creative ways, sending much-needed supplies, raising awareness, increasing advocacy efforts, davening with tremendous kavana, and the list goes on.
But what can we do now? This coming Tuesday, November 14, at 1 p.m., there will be a rally in Washington, D.C., the likes of which the city has never seen before. Or at least that’s the plan. And to help make it happen, we are calling on you. All of you, our loyal readers, in all of our communities. We need to show Washington, D.C., show the country, show the world, that the Jews of America stand together, and stand with Israel. We stand with Israel against Hamas and against terror; we stand with Israel to demand the release of the hostages. And here at home, we stand together against antisemitism, no matter how it shows itself.
And the way to do that? Just show up. Bring your kids, your parents, your friends, your neighbors. Wear your blue and white and bring your Israeli flags and just show up. We need a show of achdut, bigger than anything we’ve ever done before. If you’re thinking, “Oh, so many people will be there. They don’t need me,” you’re wrong. We do need you. Eretz Yisrael needs you. Am Yisrael needs you. This time it’s the numbers that matter. We need to fill the National Mall, spill over into the streets, parks, sidewalks. We need to show up.
Am Yisrael Chai!
