Sadly, the long, unsigned and unfair letter about Donald Trump submitted by the Teaneck Democratic Municipal
Committee in the August 24 issue (“The Truth About Trump”) was far more innuendo than actual fact. President Biden has spent three years and is still trying to revive the failed Iranian nuclear deal, but to Biden’s credit, the one thing he did not blow up was the Abraham Accords—an unheralded achievement of the prior administration that benefits Israel and world peace. Divisive letters like “The Truth About Trump” hinder our need for unified and bi-partisan support for Israel in the halls of Congress. With the rise of the anti-Israel squad and the growing influence of the far left of the party, we need both mainstream Democrats and Republicans to continue full-fledged support of the only democracy in the region—the state of Israel.
