On Tuesday night, the Storm took on the Lions in a battle at TABC. After a scoreless first period, with both goalies making important saves, the Lions jumped out to a 1-0 lead. On the very next shift, the Storm tied it up. Going into the third tied 1-1, both teams came out fired up, and in the first few minutes of the period the Storm scored twice to take a 3-1 commanding lead. The Lions scored halfway through the period to make it 3-2, but could not find the back of the net again. The Storm now travel to HAFTR for an epic quarterfinal matchup on Thursday night, March 2.
