Yavneh Academy held its first chesed team event of the year. Almost 80 students joined together and decorated honey dishes, made shana tova cards for the elderly and created banners to hang in the Hackensack Hospital sukkah. Stay tuned to hear more about future events and the brand new Bergen County Chesed League, a joint endeavor of all the yeshiva middle schools to each form their own chesed team.
