Yeshiva Day School Coding Classes Starting Online

Yavneh faculty member Josh Rossman is debuting a new online coding school, Yeshiva Day School Coding, beginning this fall for yeshiva day school students. The classes will take place after the school day, and on weekends, and will be open for both lower and middle

school students. This introduction to coding is an opportunity to delve into a fun area of interest that can be very beneficial down the road. The online format means no travel or carpooling and allows participants to remain socially distant and classes to operate throughout the fall.

Lower school students will be learning game creation using Scratch and will learn the theory behind coding in a fun and engaging way. Middle school students will be learning HTML and Javascript in a project-based class and will learn how to code their own website.

The YDS Coding team is excited to learn with students in this fun, engaging, and educational class! For more information contact [email protected].
