In Ms. Becker’s art class, second graders learned about artist Georgia O’Keeffe, focusing on her paintings of multi colored leaves. They learned to make a leaf so big, that it gets cropped off the paper. They used oil pastels and watercolors for this project, and next week will add details with paint.
