Every year at this time Yeshivat Noam has the opportunity to team up with the PSP (Parent Student Partnership) to collect food for the yearly Thanksgiving Food Drive. This year Yeshivat Noam had the opportunity to team up with the JFCS and collect food for their food pantry. The students took a trip to the JFCS and helped stock their pantry. They sorted the food collected at school and made sure it was placed in the correct area in the pantry. The students also brought along art supplies and used them to decorate bags that will be used by families with children to hold their school supplies. The students learned the importance of giving back to the community and to help people that are less fortunate. Yeshivat Noam looks forward to future opportunities to be shared together.
