Bathroom Builders is giving homeowners a refresh that slashes the expense, time and effort usually involved in bathroom remodeling. Three partners, with years of experience in the construction industry, have created a process that makes redoing a bathroom easy and affordable.

Avi Hoffman, one of the partners, said they are using their connections with designers and suppliers to simplify the process, and pass their volume discount onto the consumer. A homeowner can choose from a designer-curated selection of five floor tiles, shower tiles and vanities so they have options without being overwhelmed. “You’re getting high quality but for much cheaper,” said Hoffman. “You’ll get a gorgeous product within the allotted budget and with quick turnaround time.” The price will be determined up front, depending on size. A room with a shower and bath combination starts at $7,000 and a powder room will cost less.

“We’re bringing something to the area that everyone can enjoy at a great price,” said Hoffman. “People are afraid of the inconvenience, and having workers in the house. We’re in and out in under two weeks.”

Hoffman said their approach works for several kinds of clients: young families purchasing homes with a lot of potential but antiquated bathrooms; someone who doesn’t know much about construction and is leery of pulling together all the pieces and busy couples who don’t have the time or know-how to pick out all the elements that go into a bathroom. “Bathroom Builders works for anyone who has a bathroom they aren’t happy with and wants a new one,” said Hoffman.

The three partners are all veterans of the industry. Hoffman lives in Teaneck and has 10 years’ experience in product management and his own construction firm. Luis Colon has been working in construction for 20 years. He and Hoffman met on a job and began their own construction company building and remodeling homes. Ezzi Reifer, the newest partner, has worked for assisted-living companies and developers, building skills in managing projects to satisfy budgets and timelines, all with the highest standards of safety and satisfaction.
