Yonah Mandel (YNJ) was the best all-around player in the championship game. He displayed tremendous leadership skills, handled the ball under pressure and made some great plays. Jack Gurfein (Moriah) was the team’s hustle guy as he played incredible defense all season long. Pacey Jacoby (Yavneh) was the team’s leading rebounder. Noah Lowe (Yavneh) was solid on both ends of the court and led with a tremendous work ethic. Darren Solomon (Moriah) was the team’s big man who rebounded and blocked shots well. Moshe Strulowitz (YNJ) was a big player on offense who always made the big shots. Eli Cohen (Yavneh) did all of the intangible things to make the team go. Jared Reich (Yavneh) was one of the team’s best athletes who made a lot of things happen on both ends of the floor. David Weisbrot (Yavneh) was the team’s outside shooting threat. Aidan Marks (Yavneh) was the silent assassin who played bigger than he is and kept the team focused. The Team defeated the Warriors in the championship game.
