Esti couldn’t be happier with the diamond hoop earrings she purchased from Cohen. “His customer service was amazing,” she said. “It was so convenient. He came to my house several times. He brought me different samples, different sizes, and helped me figure out what was right for me. I told him what I wanted and then we figured out the sizing. I was actually looking for something bigger and he said, ‘No, go with the smaller one. It looks better on you.’ So it goes to show that he didn’t want to push a bigger sale on me. He wanted it to suit my face and for me to be happy with it. He’s very passionate about that.”
It was Esti’s daughter Dani who originally wanted diamond earrings. She was the one who first started working with Cohen. But in the meantime, she borrowed her mother’s diamond earrings. Esti told her to keep them and she would get new ones for herself.
