You may be like me. I had seen this recipe many times and never really thought about making it. One day the idea of a five-ingredient cookie sounded intriguing. We now love these and keep them as a healthy staple in our home at all times.
Give it a try and let me know what you think.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup sesame seeds
- 2 egg whites
- ¼—½ cup brown sugar.
Mix ingredients together and put them on cookie sheets lined with parchment. I use a tablespoon to transfer them to the sheet.
Once you get the hang of it (not much to understand) you can become more creative and add chocolate chips, flaked coconut, craisins, etc.
Bake in a 320 degree oven for 20 minutes.
