The Fairleigh Dickinson University Yeshiva Program recently attended the New Jersey Devils versus Columbus Hurricanes hockey game at the beautiful Prudential Center. The students were able to hear from Lauren Billingham of Devils staff to learn more about Sports Management and Marketing. The students, taking the Sports Management class as part of the new Sports Administration Specialization, enjoyed the opportunity to tour the facility and see how to manage it first hand. The visit was arranged by Professor Ira Jaskoll, Director of the FDU Yeshiva Program and Lauren Billingham of the Devils. Students also were able to enjoy Glatt kosher hot dogs compliments of Jeff Strick of Strictly Kosher. Unfortunately, the Devils lost in the last minute. Students had a great time and are looking forward to their next trip.
The FDU Yeshiva Program will be offering their famous Pesach Z’man classes from April 11 through May 3, an eleven-day program, for up to 6 credits, with no classes on Pesach and Chol Hamoed.
