Linking Northern and Central NJ, Bronx, Manhattan, Westchester and CT

We all do. We must walk the streets everywhere in Israel. Yerushalayim and Tel Aviv are deserted relatively speaking but that is where the majority of tourists are spending their time. What about the many other cities? Now is the time if anyone is planning a trip -making Pesach plans—deciding on bat/bar mitzvah celebrations, what type of summer camps are available to teens, I beseech you that Israel needs us now.

Those whose children will be attending seminaries or yeshivot next year do not hesitate in the slightest. There was not one day that I felt unsafe. In fact, as I said several times, if I need to die, it would be a kiddush Hashem to do so in a paguah instead of on New Bridge crossing the street at the ridiculous crosswalk that makes no sense on my way to Beth Abraham.

Every store keeper was grateful. The hotels were grateful and most important the average person is so happy and comforted to know that they are not forgotten. Businesses are hurting badly. Do not judge on what one might see during yeshiva week where even then far less people visited than in the past.

Looking for wedding gifts, bar mitzvah gifts, baby presents, kippot, tzitzit, decorating ideas for your home? Open your pockets there. Do not quibble about prices. Would you do that in local stores?

There is much else that I want to report on. The unbelievable emunah of Stuie and Anita Tucker who now live in the new Netzer Chazani. The faith and strength of Leo Dee, the resiliency of those who have lost sons, fathers, daughters, etc.

I am overwhelmed with love of our homeland. I will write of it in future weeks.

Am Yisrael Chai.
