(Courtesy of the Office of Josh Gottheimer) U.S. Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5) visited Zadie’s Bake Shop in Fair Lawn — a famous North Jersey kosher bakery. He met with the owners, brothers Adam and Josh, staff and customers as part of his “Josh on the Job” tour promoting local businesses in North Jersey.

Zadie’s Bake Shop has been operating since 2005 to provide retail and wholesale kosher baked goods, including cakes, challah, pastries and more.

“It was great to see what it takes to run and operate Zadie’s Bake Shop — one of North Jersey’s iconic local businesses selling kosher pastries, cakes, challah and so much more. Small business owners like Adam and Josh are what make Jersey such an incredible place to live, work, eat and do business,” said Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5). “Our small businesses are key to supporting the local economy and creating jobs.
