Central New Jersey Stands With Israel has built a strong reputation in Middlesex County for mobilizing community members for events that demonstrate public support for Israel. Recently, they expanded their efforts to include placing inspirational messages on a prominent billboard in Highland Park. In December, the group was pleased to showcase an artwork by Highland Park resident Ilan Block along with a Chanukah message on the billboard.

One of the group leaders, Michael Gordon, shared with The Jewish Link: “The billboards serve two purposes: to show that the local Jewish community supports and stands with Israel, and to let our families and friends living in Israel know our community supports them. This and previous billboards have been sponsored by local supporters of Central NJ Stands With Israel. We are looking for additional supporters to enable us to display our continued support for Israel.”
