The Middle School at The Moriah School had the pleasure of attending a presentation given by the Israel Sports Center for the Disabled. Speakers included Adam, an eleven year old swimmer with Cerebral Palsy, and twenty year old Caroline Tabib, a table tennis professional with physical disabilities. Adam shared his journey of accepting his abilities and feeling confident at the Sports Center. Caroline spoke about her experience representing Israel at the Rio Olympics and competing on a worldwide level. Their stories inspired the students, who sat captivated throughout the presentation. A beautiful comment made by the representative from the Sports Center was that if he were given three wishes, none of them would be to change who he is.
