Ben Porat Yosef early childhood students visited the tent of Avraham and Sarah in honor of Parshat Vayera. They got to experience the mitzvah of hachnasat orchim and see how beautifully Avraham and Sarah welcomed guests into their tent. They also performed the mitzvah of bikur cholim by visiting Avraham while he was sick. All of the students made brachot and ate delicious ‘homemade’ cookies freshly baked by Sarah. Parshat hashavua truly came to life for these youngest students at BPY.
