(Courtesy of Project Ezrah) It can be tough to keep busy on cold winter Sundays with kids jumping off the walls and weather unpredictable. With that in mind, the Young Leadership Council of Project Ezrah is inviting the entire community on Sunday, January 9 from 9 a.m.-noon to our Winter Family Fun Day at Urban Air!
“The Young Leadership Council of Project Ezrah wanted to host an event for the entire family. Because of our amazing sponsors we were able to make this a ‘pay what you wish’ activity, to be inclusive of the entire community,” said Dani Secemski, chair of the Young Leadership Council. While donations are accepted there is no fee to attend. The morning will include free time to enjoy all of the activities Urban Air has to offer, tzedaka box making and light breakfast refreshments.
“We are incredibly grateful to David and Efrat Ferber for graciously sponsoring this event and allowing us to make it ‘pay what you wish.’ We wanted to make sure that everyone in the community who wanted to could join us regardless of ability to pay or not. Part of the mission of Project Ezrah is to make sure everyone is treated with dignity and respect. No one will know who donated to go to the event and who did not. This way everyone can be comfortable to join,” said Rachel Krich, executive director of Project Ezrah. “ It was also made possible because of the owner of Urban Air, Ari Moses; his generosity and excitement to work with us made this all possible.”
While this event is pay what you wish, registration is required, so please make sure to register on the Project Ezrah website at Ezrah.org. If you have any questions or want to get involved in the Project Ezrah Young Leadership Council email [email protected]
