To address the myriad issues associated with the sale of a home, RiverWalk Senior Apartments will be sponsoring a special hot luncheon and seminar on January 26 in its dining hall.

The seminar will be led by a noted real estate authority Vicki Green, a licensed real estate executive with Brown Harris Stevens Riverdale LLC. Green will address some major concerns including the top five things to know before listing a house, the current state of the real estate market, facts, and myths about selling a house, and understanding the role of title and escrow.

Interested individuals are invited to participate in the lunch, which will include a tour of RiverWalk. For those unable to attend in person, there will be an opportunity to join online, which will include a virtual tour.

The luncheon will be prepared by executive chef Frank Travasino, an experienced master chef who knows all about preparing gourmet meals and is also knowledgeable about traditional Jewish foods, which he prepares regularly.
