Talmidot across all grades joined together for a Beading B’Yachad event. The girls worked together to make blue and white bracelets with special messages of solidarity with each other and with the people of Eretz Yisrael. They enjoyed the opportunity to spend time together, and each girl took home a beautiful and meaningful blue and white creation.

The second middle school boys Kiddush Levana “shiurvivor” activity was also a big success! Inspired by the IDF, the boys competed in a series of creative physical challenges, army-style. They participated in races, agility courses, pushups and more. Everyone had a fantastic and energetic time. The week was completed with more chesed, as students continued to bring in new toys for the Bergen County Toy Drive. It was so special to see the look of pride on each child’s face as he or she handed in their toy! Thank you to the wonderful eighth grade girls who volunteered to collect the toys from all of the classrooms, and for giving each child who donated a special sticker. RYNJ was so proud to send off many bags bursting with new toys for this initiative.
