This past weekend, eight year old Shira Max competed in the USAIGC Downstate New York State gymnastics championships. For the second year in a row, Shira came in first in states in her division. Shira competed in the Copper 2 division, coming in first place in all categories. Shira placed first in the bars and floor events, and in the all-around.
