Summer Sibling Struggles

Dear Shayna B.,

My siblings are driving me nuts and we have to spend the whole month together before I go to camp. How will I survive?!

Nutty Netanya

Dear Nutty Netanya,

I know how difficult being a sibling can be. I have experience, so trust me. Here are some suggestions to make the time pass a little more easily. First, try hanging out with your siblings. When you’re not fighting it can be fun. If they do things that bother you and can’t be reasoned with, tell mom! Next, invite a friend over. If they invite you over, even better because your siblings can’t come. Your grandparents are another great way to get away from your sibs. Visit your grandparents for as long as possible. If these options aren’t available, go to camp early!

Best of luck,
Shayna B.
