Tenafly Chabad Academy’s seventh and eighth graders recently curated an exceptional camp experience for 20 children actively engaged in the Friendship Circle. The event surpassed expectations, as the youngsters delved into a diverse array of captivating activities, spanning games, sports and art projects. In addition the children made challah, and each child went home with a challah. Beyond the structured programs, this initiative provided the children with a priceless opportunity to cultivate new connections and foster enduring friendships.

The palpable positive energy and camaraderie that permeated the event left an enduring impression on all participants. Reflecting on this remarkable experience, TCA is not only thrilled but also deeply committed to organizing additional activities that fortify the bonds formed with their new friends from the Friendship Circle. Notably, some students have already stepped up as volunteers, dedicating their time weekly to work with a child through the Friendship Circle, further embodying the dedication to inclusivity and community engagement.
