The Jewish Link and The Humble Toast would like to recognize Josh Treuhaft as this week’s Sportstar of the Week. The 16-year-old junior at the Yeshiva University High School for boys has had a great year for the MTA varsity Lions basketball team. When asked about his starting center, MTA Lions coach, Ushie Selevan, told The Jewish Link, “Though only a junior, Josh has shown tremendous leadership skills both on and off the court. He always gives 100% effort, both in practice and games, and is eager and willing to improve his skills to become an even better basketball player. I can’t wait to coach him again next year.”
