The Importance of the World Zionist Elections on March 11

The World Zionist Organization elections take place every five years and are open to all Jews in the Diaspora. The party with the largest turnout of votes receives $1.1 billion every year for five years to pursue its agenda. There are 15 parties running in the election, only four of which are Orthodox:

Slate 1: Eretz Hakodesh —Rabbi Pesach Lerner-Agudah

Slate 4: Orthodox Israel Coalition—Mizrachi-YU Touro OU, Young Israel, etc.

Slate 9: Ohavei Zion—Rabbi Eli Abadie World Sephardic Zionist Organization

Slate 15: SHAS from the Shas Party, founded by Rav Ovadia Yosef Z”L

In the last election, 55,000 Jews voted, but only 8,000 were Orthodox votes!

The Reform received the majority of the votes, giving control of $1.1 billion dollars every year—for a total of over $5 billion—enabling them to pursue the Reform agenda in Eretz Yisrael, including: Reform conversions, Reform teachings in elementary schools, pushing for chilul Shabbos, civil marriage agenda, pro BDS anti-settlements, desecrating the Kotel, funding Woman of the Wall, and fighting to change the religious Orthodox identity of Eretz Yisrael.

The Orthodox Jews must vote in this election to get control of these crucial funds. Imagine if the 8,000 people who voted in the last election would have gotten 10 of their family members and friends to vote, the Orthodox contingent would have gotten 80,000 votes!
