UJA-Federation of New York has launched its High Holiday resource guide featuring locations for New Yorkers to attend Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur services and to hear the shofar.

UJA’s Find a Service guide lists nearly 70 synagogues offering all types of services for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. The guide covers the five boroughs, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester Counties, and includes synagogues of all denominations.

Hear the Shofar

UJA’s Shofar Across Brooklyn features nearly 20 outdoor locations in central and northern Brooklyn where synagogues and organizations will sound the shofar on Wednesday, September 8, at 5 p.m.

Community members are encouraged to check the sites often for updates and to contact synagogues directly with questions about services or safety protocols.
